PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

In the order step PAYMENT, select the following options.

PAYMENT BY VISA CARD AND MASTERCARD.

Please enter your card details on our payment page. marin-milou.com has modern security server software with SSL encryption, which protects your card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission.

The system checks whether the credit card participates in one of the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. These are security procedures specific to these types of cards to verify that the legitimate cardholder and legitimate online merchant are participating in a transaction.

If a credit card holder is registered with the 3-D Secure process using one of the registration methods, after entering the card data, an additional query mask opens, which is connected to your bank and there you also have to enter the secure code (a code you have chosen password) asks. The transaction is only carried out with the correct password.

If your credit card is not registered for any of these methods, the payment will be processed without further authentication.

PAYMENT BY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD.

Please enter your card details on our payment page. marin-milou.com has modern security server software with SSL encryption, which protects your card data against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission.

The system checks whether the delivery address specified in the order is identical to the address stored as the billing address at American Express (Amex address verification system, "AVS" for short). If the addresses do not match, you will be asked in a separate email to have the different delivery address stored with American Express. Your delivery will only be sent after successful authentication.

If your credit card is not registered for any of these methods, the payment will be processed without further authentication.

For all payments by credit card or debit card, credits from returns are always applied back to the credit card used for the purchase.

PAYMENT BY IMMEDIATE TRANSFER

In the order step PAYMENT METHODS, select the option "sofortüberweisung.de" and carry out the payment via e-banking.

For this payment method, you need an account that you can use for electronic banking. You pay the invoice amount as usual directly to your personal house bank using the usual PIN and TAN procedure. After the payment you will be automatically redirected to our shop to receive an order and payment confirmation.

Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
We will ship your order as soon as the full payment has been credited to our account.

PAYMENT BY EU-STANDARD BANK TRANSFER (PAYMENT IN ADVANCE)

In the order step PAYMENT, select the option "EU-Standard Bank Transfer" and complete the order.

You will receive our bank details on the following page (order confirmation) and again in our automatically sent e-mail confirmation. Please transfer the total amount to the following account immediately after placing your order, stating the order number:

PRICES, CURRENCIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

All prices and payments in our online shop are made exclusively in EURO currency.
Payments and refunds are billed in euros (EUR).

Since our online shop is aimed at end consumers, all prices include German VAT (gross prices).
No additional taxes or customs duties are due for orders shipped within the EU.

FOLLOWING COUNTRIES BELONG TO THE EU: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (southern part).

If you enter a delivery address outside the EU, German VAT will not be automatically calculated.
Customs clearance for deliveries outside the EU is generally excluded and is not included in the price information.
