Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Marin & Milou GmbH, Mittelweg 121, 20148 Hamburg, Germany, Tel: +49 40 5247282-10, Email: service@marin-milou.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal & Cost Responsibility
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
