DELIVERY INFORMATION
SHIPPING COSTS
All deliveries within Germany are currently free of charge. For all shipments within the EU, we charge a flat-rate shipping cost of EUR 17.00. The shipping costs to countries outside the EU depend on the weight and size of the items ordered. The individual costs are determined dynamically by our shop during the ordering process and are shown to you in detail and bindingly at the end of the ordering process, before you place the order. If you do not agree with the displayed costs at this point, you can cancel the ordering process here at any time.
DELIVERY TIMES
We ship all orders within 2-4 days.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the specified delivery time for larger delivery quantities. However, our customer service will be happy to inform you about the current stock levels. Ask us!
If you have an open order, you can see when we ship your items from the "Your Account" page in the current order summary. If the availability of an ordered item changes, we will inform you by email.
The following delivery times can be found on the product pages:
- approx. 3-4 days: Items are in stock and can be delivered at very short notice.
- We ship orders with the payment method "Sofortüberweisung" no later than one working day after receipt of payment on our account.
- approx. 1 week: Items are not in stock, but are available from the manufacturer, can be delivered at short notice.
- approx. 2 weeks: Articles are only partially available from the manufacturer and can only be delivered in the medium term.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Your delivery is electronically registered at all times during processing.
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail notification stating the tracking number for DHL online tracking.
You can call up the shipment status about two hours later at www.dhl.de by entering this shipment number.

INSURANCE
All deliveries sent by Marin & Milou GmbH are insured against loss, theft and damage in transit. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires.
We process and ship orders during the general business hours of our dispatch warehouse. These are Monday to Friday from 08:00 CET to 18:00 CET (excluding public holidays).
PRICING
The price that is listed on our website at the time of your order applies. You should bear this in mind if you put an item on your watch list a long time ago and now want to order it, because the price may have changed in the meantime.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you are in a hurry (delivery before 10 a.m., before 9 a.m. or delivery on Sundays and public holidays), send us an email in good time. We will then give you your individual price. The additional costs for express shipping will not be reimbursed by us in the event of a cancellation (see cancellation policy).
Our recommendation: Please set it up so that you or someone you trust (such as a member of your household or a neighbor) can receive the shipment.
SHIPPING PARTNER
Delivery takes place within Germany with Deutsche Post DHL
We ship all international shipments with our partner DHL Express.
PACKAGING, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Marin & Milou GmbH only uses high-quality packaging material that protects goods from damage on their way to you. We also take environmental protection into account, because our packaging consists to a large extent of waste paper. This protects the natural raw material reserves.
Of course, as a consumer, you also have the option of putting the packaging in the waste paper collection along with the old daily newspapers, etc. Necessary non-material attachments, e.g. B. adhesive tapes, labels and the small amount of foil do not disturb the recycling process.
