Shipping Costs


Currently, all deliveries within Germany are free of charge. For shipments within the EU, a flat shipping fee of €17.00 applies. Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU depend on the weight and size of the items ordered. These individual costs are calculated dynamically during checkout and presented to you in detail before you place your order. If you do not agree with the displayed costs at this point, you may cancel your order at any time.

 

Delivery Times


On each product page, we indicate the estimated time frame for dispatch. All information refers to individual items.
Please note: For larger orders, the delivery times indicated on the product pages cannot be guaranteed. Our Customer Service team will be happy to inform you about current stock availability—please feel free to contact us!

If you have an open order, you can check the estimated shipping date via your Account page under the current order overview. Should the availability of a product change, we will notify you by email.

Typical delivery times as listed on product pages:

  • Approx. 3–4 days: Items are in stock and can be dispatched immediately.
  • Approx. 1 week: Items are not in stock but are available from the manufacturer and can be delivered shortly.
  • Approx. 2 weeks: Items are only partially available from the manufacturer and may require a medium-term delivery time.

 

Pricing


The price listed on our website at the time of your order applies. Please note this if you have added items to your wishlist some time ago, as prices may have changed in the meantime.

 

Express Delivery

Should you require special delivery (before 10 AM, before 9 AM, or delivery on Sundays and public holidays), please email us in advance. We will provide your personalized price for this service. Please note: Additional express shipping fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation (see cancellation policy).

We recommend that you ensure either you or a trusted person (such as a household member or neighbor) is available to receive the delivery.

Packaging & Sustainability


Marin & Milou GmbH uses only high-quality packaging materials to ensure that your items arrive safely. We are also mindful of environmental sustainability: our packaging is made from a high proportion of recycled paper, helping to preserve natural resources.

As a consumer, you are welcome to place the packaging in your paper recycling collection, along with old newspapers and similar items. Small non-paper components, such as adhesive tape, labels, or a minor amount of foil, do not interfere with the recycling process.
