Shipping takes place exclusively with our logistics partner DHL.
All deliveries sent by Marin & Milou GmbH are against loss, Theft and transport damage insured. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover expires.
We process and ship orders during the general business hours of our dispatch warehouse. These are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CET (except on public holidays).
Unless otherwise stated, the goods will be shipped one working day after receipt of your order. Orders with the payment method "Sofortüberweisung" are shipped no later than one working day after receipt of payment on our account.
